1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days after processing. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days after processing. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, World Cup Crystal Glass is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments are exclusively handled by USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@worldcupbeerglass.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
